RideFix came to us in early 2012, after having paid an outrageous amount for its first design at a rival local agency. To be blunt, our Creative Director was shocked by the design. We had to start over completely.
We branded this bad-boy from the ground up. We started with market research which led to strategy, and then the game plan presented itself to us. We started by overhauling the logo to make it bolder and a bit more masculine and a new slogan “Never Be Stranded.”
For the website design, we evaluated the company as a whole, making suggestions to the product and service mix, as well as creating a real target market to dive in to. From the marketing strategy, we dove into design, application development, and search engine optimization to ensure that when the site goes to market, it hits the ground running.
RideFix asked us to develop an Android and iPhone app that would integrate with its API services that would promote the new slogan of “Never Be Stranded.”
Grab-A-Tow was JCM’s first official app available on the Android Market via Google-Play and will soon be available on the App Store. With a slick and intuitive interface, drivers will never have to fear venturing out of their comfort zone, knowing that should anything happen, help is only a button-click away.
Grab-A-Tow uses a dynamic, living database to pull in results to the mobile app through a GPS-based search function. Results are delivered instantly, with no need for a convoluted sign up process or a lengthy process of having to enter location information by hand.
Powered by RideFix, and part of the RideFix suite of resources, Grab-A-Tow is just one more reason for drivers to “Never be Stranded.”
