ServiceMaster had a hunch that they weren’t capturing their share customers and wanted to increase relevant traffic to their website in order to improve their lead generation efforts.
ServiceMaster initially thought they needed to hire JCM for SEO. They weren’t getting the amount of leads they wanted and thought capturing more traffic would solve the problem. However, once we built their full circle data system and started asking questions of their marketing data, we found that conversion rate was the biggest driver of lead generation. Equipped with that knowledge, we changed our focus to conversion optimization and a full customer acquisition system buildout.
In order to create accountability to those leads and track revenue for an automated ROI calculation, we set them up with a basic CRM, which we integrated with their website forms. Because so much of their sales activity happens via phone, we also set up an automation service to ring their phone every time a website lead was submitted so that the inbound call team would follow up with the lead in the most timely manner possible.
