Hourly Support
$150/hr
4 hour billable minimum per monthly invoice (invoices on the 1st of each month)
5 business days turnaround time
If issues persist after 4 hours of work, a detailed status report will be provided with an estimate to finish

Emergency Support
$300/hr
2 hour billable minimum per monthly invoice (invoices on the 1st of each month)
Work shall commence within 24 hours of request (please indicate that you are requesting emergency support in your request), including nights and weekends
If issues persist after 4 hours of work, a detailed status report will be provided with an estimate to finish

Block Retainer
$135/hr
8 hour minimum block
No minimum usage per month
No emergency rate

Monthly Retainer
$300/month for routine website maintenance plus 2 additional support hours
1 year commitment
No emergency rate
