During this phase we take the context gathered during Objective Setting and dive into your primary and third party data to perform the following audits: competitive positioning, SEO keywords, technical SEO, user experience, conversion optimization, and marketing channel effectiveness. These audits will lead to our recommendations which will focus on the most immediate profit-enhancing activities, as well as establishing infrastructure and processes for long-term success.
The design process depends a bit on what we’re building. For a website, the design phase starts with wireframing and/or storyboarding to determine message tone and informational architecture. Then multiple compositions are created for a homepage design. With feedback from the client, we finalize the homepage design and then begin designing cohesive interior pages. Every pixel of every design is positioned according to objectives and behavioral insights gleaned from prior stages.
Buildout of digital assets is the longest part of the process. This phase is where concepts are brought to life, both visually and functionally. This section is where we fine tune the customer journey that spans a myriad of touch points, culminating in purchase actions and a cultivation of brand loyalty. While testing and quality assurance (QA) is done during each stage of the development cycle, the final testing and quality assurance of each activation cycle is the most rigorous. Each member of our team tests different aspects of the overall user experience to ensure maximum effectiveness and usability. Many times, clients like to be involved in this process as well, which we highly encourage.
This is the easiest, yet most satisfying, part of the process. After everything is tested and client-approved, we activate all project components and immediately start collecting data for our next round of enhancements.
